Tenant Move in
When you employ Maxima as your residential property manager services, we will take care of the tenant move in. We will prepare the lease agreement, and explain to the tenant the rules and regulations of the apartment or condo. We will make sure that the tenant understands all the terms of the lease. Then we will collect the security deposit, as well as the first and last month’s rent. Our team will also handle the move in inventory. This is done by doing a walkthrough of the property to record its exact condition during move in.
Tenant Move Out
