Gibraltar provides assistance and support to a Property after a construction dispute is resolved and the Property is faced with moving forward with repairs, frequently with insufficient funds.

It is common that the cost of the required scope of work defined by the consultant during the dispute exceeds the net funds recovered by the Property after all other distributions are satisfied. An example is after a Florida Statute 558 dispute is resolved and the Property is faced with making repairs.
