Garing Parking Enforcement was formed in 2007 as a separate division of Alida Operating Co., Inc. and Garing Protective Services (since 1991), in order to fully concentrate on our clients’ concerns with parking issues in their communities. We are fully licensed & insured with over 30 years experience in the industry!

Our parking enforcement services are provided by our Parking Rangers, licensed unarmed security officers who have received their certification from the Institute of Public Safety at Broward College and sponsored by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement, as “Parking Enforcement Specialists.” Our hours of operation are generally between 11:00pm and 6:00am.

We help communities to regain and then maintain compliance of their vehicle restrictions and parking regulations, contained in their governing documents.
We assist condominium communities in organizing and implementing their parking programs to free-up the few guest parking spaces they do have.

Through our proven methods, new technologies & backed up by our 2 part database, we can quickly regain control of and restore order to your property.

Our clientele list includes HOAs, COAs, Apartment complexes and Commercial Real Estate located throughout S. Florida.
