Stuart Amira, President

Stuart Amira founded Amira Builders in 2004 and has built across North Central Florida as a Licensed Residential Contractor. Learning the business as a craftsman at an early age, Stuart has experience in all facets of the home building process. Using this experience, he takes a hands-on approach to ensuring the quality and specifications of each and every custom-built home.

Corey Amira, Vice President

Corey Amira is a Licensed Residential Contractor and is responsible for a wide range of services including pricing and estimates, home construction contracts, framing and foundation work, job-site management, and more. Corey works to ensure that the construction of all homes are built to last and exceed customer expectations.

Colleen Amira, Operations Manager

Colleen Amira has years of experience in owning and managing businesses. She is responsible for scheduling work with our vendors and subcontractors, managing bookkeeping, ordering inspections, and more. Colleen works diligently with both customers and contractors to ensure the home building process runs smoothly and efficiently.

Chad Osborne, Selections Coordinator

Chad Osborne has a background in public relations and marketing. He works one-on-one with homeowners and guides them through the entire building process, specifically custom home selections. This process includes the review and selection of everything including paint, cabinet layout and design, flooring, trim work, tile, and more. From beginning to end, Chad commits himself to making the customer’s vision a reality.
