4-H Association Management Company started out as a dream for Donald and Catherine Hester. They both shared the ambition to operate a successful business serving others. In 1999 an opportunity came the way of Donald Hester after successfully managing Marina at the Bluffs Association for seventeen years. Donald wanted the opportunity to serve community associations with respect and special consideration. Donald and Catherine founded 4-H Association Management Company alongside their daughters Catherine and Nicole, and their son-in-law Mark.  Donald and Catherine were adamant about maintaining a managing service that went the extra mile; one that was based on trust, respect, and success of every association they managed. Today, 4-H Association Management services several associations in the North Palm Beach area. 4-H Management Association Company continues to serve their associations with integrity based on family values.
