Governor Ron DeSantis signed Senate Bill 4-D into law on May 26, 2022. The new law(s) went into effect on that same date.

The new legislation primarily addresses four categories:

(1) reporting requirements.

(2) inspection requirements.

(3) reserve study requirements.

(4) reserve funding requirements.
