Danon Management is a property management company in the Downtown Delray Beach district and is hired as a dedicated partner for investment property owners and board members to schedule and execute the endless duties and responsibilities associated with real estate ownership.

We typically work with two types of clients; a Landlord with one or multiple properties and a Home Owners Association or Condo Association.

As the President, my role is to ensure we operate at all times with superior customer care and sound business practices.

Responsible for oversight on the following services we offer, including:

Rent collection and processing of payments
Online Work Order Request and Work Order Tracking
Full Financial Administration to include all Banking Functions
Annual Budget Development
Real Time Accounting Reports, Forecasts, and Expenditures
Negotiation of Vendor Contracts
