Our mission at Fort Lauderdale Stays is quite simple. We strive to provide a professional and positive experience to our vacationers and the owners that we represent. We achieve this by fitting the “right” vacation rental with the “right” vacationer in the “right” neighborhood and community. Our properties are chosen very carefully to keep you, the vacationer, in mind at all times.

We strive to provide clean, quality and comfortable accommodations with personalized service in a positive work environment. We know from experience that our formula will make your vacation destination a true home away from home.

Meet the Team

DAVID PACKARD

President
An entrepreneur by heart, my passion has always been to treat people the way I would like to be treated. Born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin my desire was to be in a big city and be able to meet all different kinds of people. I bought my first vacation home in Montreal in 2000 and have owned a vacation home in Fort Lauderdale since 2007. Fort Lauderdale, Florida was a destination to live for a long time and am now happy to call it my full-time home since 2007. What a great place to be!

STEVE MOSHER

Vice President
Joined Fort Lauderdale Stays in 2012 and comes from Washington State with a degree in Recreation and Commercial Tourism. After 10 years in Palm Springs, California, I put my finger on the map and Fort Lauderdale was where it landed and has been my home since 2009. Travel and Tourism have always been a passion for me; from International Travel to Specialty Tour Companies and Resort Management. Creating memorable vacation experiences and meeting people from around the globe truly makes me happy.
