We originally formed in 2011, as Association Capital Recovery (ACR) with one focus in mind, to restore fiscal stability and resolve delinquencies for both condominium and homeowner associations. That single focus grew to a full suite of pro-active solutions and evolved into Centergy Resources, a business process outsourcing (BPO) company that envelopes the proper resources for our clients to grow their company, generate new sources of revenue and excel in customer care and client retention.
Our homeowner communication call center was created to assist association management companies with the overflow of customer service calls from their association clients.
