SFPMA has an open directory, members are listed according to what category you do work in and where your company does work.

As Clients search our directory they find companies to help with maintenance requests for the buildings they manage.

What is Included

This page should have Information ie: Contact, Address, Pictures, Logo and what you do. Don't forget to place your Social Media pages.

Client Interaction

Clients can find and connect with your company's Websites and Social Media Pages, Leave Ratings and Find Sales & Products offered by you.


Membership Fee:

*When you become a member:  List your company and pay the membership charge at the start of your membership on our website, you fill out the membership form and we upload all of the information to our platform on a full page for your company.

The membership charge at the time of your start date is set and will not go up for the life of your membership. Members payments are processed through our Business Account through PayPal.

 

Payments: At this time we only have our accts set up online. 

You are set up with re-billing, each year on the date you signed up, these are automatically billed through PayPal Business Services.  If any member wishes to stop auto billing, Please send to our office ( via: membership@sfpma.com) an Email stating your company, when you started or joined, and please let us know you request the auto billing to stop. We can set you on an Invoice Billing each year and remove the auto billing.  NOTE: If you do not send this to SFPMA at least 60 days before the end of the yearly due date for your company you will be responsible for this payment and the re-billing for your membership listing with sfpma. We have our auto payments for members out of this payment is our Fees, State Fees, and your membership fee. ( State fees are taken out and sent for every listed member yearly..75.00 is non refundable.)

*PayPal sets these membership fees for re-billing one year from the date you signed up. SFPMA does not keep any of your banking information or personal financial information for payments.

When you opt out: We will send you the Membership Rebilling request a few months before the end date we have on file, this Invoice through PayPal Business has no auto re-billing but gives you the chance to pay using a Credit Card or Debit.


Remember we are giving you services all year: If you do not pay the membership fee, SFPMA will block your access to your listing, and our members portal, We will place your directory listing on Private so No Clients looking for services will find you on the Florida Directory. If this was an oversite we can restore your membership listing and marketing services with a payment from your company.

Your listing on the Directory on a full company page. Events we will added by company and inform our industry, Every member company can and should send us Articles, Sales, Events, and promotions, we republish this on our platform/blog and send to over 245,000 Direct Email marketing to boards, managers, subscribers, owners all over Florida.

 

Membership Updates: We understand over the year, your company contact with sfpma might change, So we ask our members to let us know and please send us any changes in personal ( the person who controls the sfpma acct and log in access ) Please send us your new marketing company contacts or other. Take advantage of our marketing, for members these include writing articles, access to the members portal, events, listings, and special marketing.

 

With SFPMA: You get membership and marketing from our Team.  Look at other groups - they make you Pay Big Bucks for any memberships and extra for marketing!.  So take advantage of what we offer,

*Members can take out Advertising in our Publications (Florida Rising Magazine), We also have special editions avail we are designing ie: Building Inspections SD-4B in the works.

*Become an Email Sponsor * (Company Logos are on what we send out to our industry),

*Banners on the Directory Category Pages at the top. ( these are flat fees you provide the art work )

*Support the Direct Email Blast (Sent 3x each week) and *Place Banners on our website. The fees for these are in addition to your membership. *Some members are given a set fee where we offer many of these in one payment yearly.

When you join SFPMA:

As a member you want to know what marketing steps we take to promote your company, and how we market our members. Our IT Dept is always looking for the best way to use programs that automatically use the members information and post to the internet, emails, and social media pages and groups. There are so many avenues you can take advantage of with a SFPMA Membership.

 

  •  You are placed on a full company page, like an extension of your website.  Included in the directory listing page is; your logos, the bio about what your company offers with your contact and social media. It is vital that you provide these links so new clients when searching can learn more about the services you provide and contact you. (Website Directory Company Listing Page)

 

  •  You are also placed in our magazine directory.  we publish an Industry Magazine sent to hundreds of thousands of Clients. This Publication is Digital! so each reader can click on the Advertising within they are sent through rich media links to either your website or the membership page on sfpma. Some companies have a Landing Page set up on their websites that give Information, Sales and Specials  through the Magazine Links they provide to us, giving great value for clients to click and use our members and keep reading the magazine.  (Magazine Directory in the Florida Rising Magazine)

 

  •  Members can send to us Sales and Products their companies are running.   Sales and products submitted by members are Emailed weekly/monthly, as our industry professionals are reading the articles they can easily learn the services and the expertise your company offers them. They find you through you links supply or we link these to your Membership page. So, If your company is running specials or sales send them to us!. Everyone likes to save money before they buy something so use this as a way to attract clients promote your company and give knowledge to the reader.

 

  •  Our Events Calendar is searched daily by everyone from Board Members and Owners to the Property Managers looking for licensing credits and networking opportunities. If you provide a course, class, webinar or education to the industry send them to sfpma. Or let us know where you have your monthly events on your website, we will add these to our Industry Calendar each month. Events are added and shared these with our industry.

 

  • Writing Articles for our weekly Emails and Blog. Every member has the ability to send to us company updates, Industry News and Articles. Sfpma republishes these on our Blog and sends these to the social media pages and groups we govern. This is also picked up on our RSS Feed and used for our Emails. ( When an article is published on our blog it will automatically get published on our email blast that week and sent to all of our readers, clients and members. A great way to get your news out to thousands of industry professionals.

 

* Take advantage of what we offer members! - You don't just sit on a directory your membership fee includes our marketing. You can help promote and keep involved with sfpma let us send your company information to hundreds of thousands of industry professionals through your membership. Only Members can access the Members only portal when they are logged in to sfpma. 

 

Logging in: At the top of our website you will see ( Member ( your name or Company Name) you can still post 0 listings...) < Simply CLICK YOUR NAME and access the members portal.

(SOMETIMES YOU MIGHT HAVE TO REFRESH YOUR PAGE IF ITS THE FIRST TIME AND ACCEPT COOKIES)

 

On the members portal you can find your account information. You can also find access forms to interact with SFPMA.

Best Advice for Pictures: The Platform is Responsive. On your Company page members can send a few pictures as banner pictures, Set pictures at the same height if you do, different picture heights will resize and make the screen jump ( The screen will move up and down adjusting for the sizes, so keep your pictures at the same height).

Products and Sales: -  The products and sales from members are published through our blog posts and sent to over 230,000+ clients, industry professionals and members emails and on social media.

Events & Meetings: You can add Events - Just fill out the form and send it to us, We will upload it to our Upcoming Events Calendar and share it with the industry

Property Management and Members Lists: We have lists of property management members on the Portal, Members, We know you have your own company marketing so please with care send your information don't spam theses members.

Many members just send us an Email: membership@sfpma.com  When we get these for Articles, Sales, and Events, Out team sets these on for blog, outgoing email, events or other pages for all to read.

 

Calling Us:  The new VOIP phone system will forward calls to our cell phones- directly to the person you have a relationship with. You called and started a relationship with one of our Team you should not have to call and start over each time you call.  Each Team member has members they take care of.  The person you originally spoke with will be your contact person, even if it is the Director himself!

 

*Our IT Team will make any change you wish to your company membership page, when we had this set allowing members to upload and manage their page there were too many that were adding their company to every category and to every location. We have to maintain a directory where the categories are for certain services or businesses.  ie: a company can not add themselves to Property Management thinking that more Managers will see them..
