If you are a business professional in Florida and hold valid licensing, insurance, Become a Member. You will have the ability to be chosen by management companies, Condo & HOA Boards, Industry Professionals and members. They know that on our directory they can easily find solutions for the business requests they have.
All new businesses are required to complete and return the Membership information form
Fill out the Form with the information for your company, Send it to us. We will use the information you supplied to us and start your company listing on our Directory. Then make your membership payment and we will send you your LOG IN information in an Email. You can log in and add to your membership listing. Remember to keep it Fresh.
Our Memberships are now Lifetime: What that means is, We have so many people using our directory that we think its fair to offer members a one time Fee for membership: Business Members will pay 225.00 and get listed on the Directory.
We may contact you and ask if you would like to take out Advertising in our Florida Rising Magazine that is published by sfpma.com Its a great way to be seen throughout the Property Management Industry.

When they are looking for the highly trained companies who are licensed, bonded and insured that is what they get! We did the background work for them, if a company wishes to join we first need to see that they meet our requirements. So when they are being used by our industry as their outside business database combined with each companies in-house dept's, the industry professionals can relax knowing we only offer memberships to the companies that passed the industry and our strict standards.
We tell them: "Using the right company the first time solves your're problem, before it turn's into a major problem." Many in the property management industry use our members for accounting, architects, banking and funding-financial companies, collections, insurance and building claims, public relations, telecommunications, tower management, and web design and hosting to name a few categories. This equates to happier residents, fewer high-priced emergency repair bills and cost savings overall.
You must be licensed in Florida and hold proper liability and workers compensation insurance for your company and employees.
Your company aids in cost savings to the Property Management Industry and can give a discount on the services you provide to members.
Your company has a proven track record working in the property management industry, we will check references for past work in our industry.
Members are asked to place our logo on their website's showing your affiliation with SFPMA and Find-A-Service the associations directory, please link it back to our website or your membership page (approved logos)
As a member all of your company’s information is listed on our directory in the categories your company does work in. If you do work in more than one trade let us know we can allow your listing to include this on the directory.

*Company Listing on the Members Directory – Select the categories you work in, Add all of your contact information, upload pictures, logos, and other information about your company.
*Write Informative Articles – We ask our members to write about what you do. You are the experts and by writing articles that we publish clients can learn more about What you do? and How you can help them?
*Client ratings set up for your company – Ask your clients past and present to write a comment and rate your company, These show on your Membership Page (When people are searching they can read what other clients have written about your business)
*Choose the Categories you do work in – We want you to be seen in the many categories that your company does work in. So let us know other categories you do work in and you will be listed there also. (Great way to let clients find you and what you do)
*Choose the Counties you work in – We are in South Florida but our association covers the entire State of Florida. Pick up to 6 Counties you work in. you are automatically listed on Broward, Palm Beach and Miami Dade. (unless you let us know the specific counties you work in.)
*Discount for advertising – There are a lot of people using our website with this we offer our members discounts for Advertising on our Website, (Banners, Side Ads, Let us know where you wish to be listed, We can get you on that page.)
